The only option is to maintain consistency, which is essential since it has far more benefits than most people realize. Speed

Particularly young athletes, many rookies anticipate a very dramatic gain in their speed. They frequently mistakenly believe that the more weight they lift, the faster they will progress. To build muscle and prevent injuries, they should primarily run and lift as supplements.


Costs

Fitness is not inexpensive; you will need to purchase a lot of equipment to meet your goals. However, the investment is worthwhile. When you are hurt, it gets worse since you have to buy a lot of things that you'll only use for a short time before they become worthless.


Progression
